➟ Guests must follow instructions to complete guest registration using identity documents within 24 hours of making their reservation. ➟ Please remove shoes at the door to avoid damaging the radiator-heated wood flooring. ➟ Please do not use towels for makeup removal or in any way that may cause them to stain. ➟ Smoking or vaping is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will incur a non-negotiable minimum 100€ fee for overtime cleaning costs and scheduling disruptions. ➟ Guests must sign rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, or before check-in if booked within 24 hours, if requested to do so. ➟ We are happy to welcome pets with a pet fee. However, pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be walked at least once a day. Guests must clean up after pets both inside the home and when walking them outside. Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover any additional cleaning necessary due to the presence of pets.
